To continue with the furry and fuzzy theme, I made a green furry keyhole scarf, using the free pattern offered by Bonne Marie<\/a> as inspiration (her patterns are always inspirational!). I ran out of the furry stuff, so I finished with some green Fizz. You can tell how it’s kind of two-toned.

\nI also whipped up this wristband with some leftovers from the bucket o’ chic:

\nYes, it is completely goofy. It’s a little big, too. I think if you’re going to knit wristbands at all, stretchy yarn is the name of the game.
\nI forgot to give details on the candy-colored bucket o’ chic. I used Brown Sheep Lamb’s Pride in RPM Pink and Crystal Palace FIZZ in color 7129. It’s the next best thing to wearing actual cotton candy on top of your head! I ordered the yarn from ThreadBear<\/a>. I had to get a second ball of the FIZZ, and I still have most of it. I’m thinking about making a little scarf or maybe combining it with some black to make a cap. Any ideas out there?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
