Well, after the overwhelming response I received regarding chocolate cake recipes, can you guess what I&#8217;ve been craving like a madwoman? So imagine my delight when I was reading <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shewhoeats.blogspot.com\">Chika<\/a>&#8216;s food blog and found a recipe for a miniature microwave chocolate cake (July 16 post)!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/micro cake.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"micro cake.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/micro cake-thumb.JPG\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThat&#8217;s the cake right out of the microwave. I try not to cook food in the microwave, because I think it&#8217;s kind of creepy, but remember the thing about desperate times? Anyway, the recipe says you can dust with powdered sugar, but I say BAH! I&#8217;m a frosting gal all the way, baby, so I sort of made a chocolate marshmallow frosting (I adapted a recipe I found on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicurious.com\">epicurious<\/a>) and just poured it over the top, and voila!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/micro cake 2.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"micro cake 2.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/micro cake 2-thumb.JPG\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThe texture is a bit weird, but hey, it&#8217;s chocolatey, and it&#8217;s cake! And thanks for all the recipes and suggestions.
