I’m still getting back into the swing of things after playing Ishi in the mountains, so today I’m just going to show you a couple of pink things. I made a little pink poncho earlier this year for my friend Wendy’s baby, but I apparently don’t know how big babies are, because the poncho fit Wendy’s 8-year-old much better. It was dubbed the “family poncho,” and yes, I’m still waiting for photos of each family member wearing it. Anyway, here is Lillie the 8-year-old modeling the poncho (and see that crocheted flower on it? They went to Action Hero Melissa’s <\/a>crafty bazaar and bought it! Yup, the knitblogger world is converging!):

\nAnd here’s the other pink thing–my new Crocs! They are made of some sort of foam, so they are super light. I guess chefs wear them because they are very comfy and supportive or something. I ordered mine from Summit Hut<\/a>, which took a while because they were backordered on the pink, and then the size was wrong (they run really big):
