I’ve been busy or something lately, so not much crafting has been going on. We did go see David Sedaris last night, and he was so hilarious our faces hurt. He encouraged everyone to buy this book<\/a>, which he edited. All proceeds go to support 826NYC<\/a>, a nonprofit tutoring center in Brooklyn, New York, that was founded, I believe, by Dave Eggers. \nIn other news, Tooth Carrie<\/a> sent me this very cool duct tape wallet in aubergine:

\nI’m going to have to think of some secret items to stash away in there. Incidentally, Tooth Carrie is responsible for introducing me to Fritzie Fresh<\/a> Gummi Brightcrawlers, the hands-down most delicious gummi candy I have ever had. I even contacted Fritzie Fresh to find out about their distribution, but alas, it seems only the lucky Minnesotans have access to the Fritzie Fresh goodness.
