The banana cake recipe is from a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.penzeys.com\">Penzey&#8217;s <\/a>catalog. If you have not heard of Penzey&#8217;s, you are missing out, baby. They sell an array of spices&#8211;excellent quality at very reasonable prices (and you can even get relatively tiny portions). Their catalog has a lot of good, unpretentious recipes. I love Penzey&#8217;s! The banana cake recipe calls for a chocolate frosting, but I used cream cheese frosting instead.
