Well, another year has come and gone! I don’t think I am going to make any resolutions this year, except maybe to get healthy. Anyway, a year certainly can’t end without some sweets! A few weeks ago Melissa<\/a> and I were talking about a childhood treat: pudding with a thin layer of chocolate on top. Since she is a genius, she did some research and discovered that it was Jell-O Spoon Candy! She also found a recipe. Mmmmmm.

\nSPOON CANDY

\nOne box Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
\n2 cups milk (to make the pudding)
\n12 squares of Dove Promises milk chocolate
\n2 tablespoons vegetable oil
\nMake the instant pudding according to the directions and divide among four dessert dishes. Refrigerate about an hour.
\nCombine the chocolate and the oil in a double boiler (I just put them in a small pot and set it over another pot filled with simmering water). Melt, stirring constantly, until smooth. Pour a tablespoonful on the pudding then swirl the dish around so the chocolate covers the entire surface in a nice layer. Repeat with the other dishes.
