I tried to make a special dinner, but it wasn&#8217;t especially good. Hey, I love to eat, and I enjoy cooking and baking, but I&#8217;m really not that good at it! We had grilled rib-eye steaks, sauteed mushrooms, mashed potatoes with roasted garlic and sour cream, and salad. The best part was the pot de creme dessert:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/potdecreme.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"potdecreme.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/potdecreme-thumb.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"112\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nMmmmmm, rich and creamy. I served it like this:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/potdecreme candle.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"potdecreme candle.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/potdecreme candle-thumb.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"158\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nAnd no, that&#8217;s not Marshmallow Fluff (though that sounds really good &#8230; ), that is freshly whipped cream!<br \/>\nSadly, I don&#8217;t think my DYMO is capable of printing out fabric labels (that&#8217;s what happens when you get the $20 special!).
