This time it was hosted by <a href=\"http:\/\/thehappysorceress.blogspot.com\/\">Stephanie<\/a>, and she did a great job! I got a package from Maria in Singapore, and it was full of Singapore treats:<br \/>\n<center><a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/bbm package.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"bbm package.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/bbm package-thumb.JPG\" width=\"260\" height=\"195\" border=\"3\" \/><\/a><\/center>Among the contents were tomato chutney poppadums (I ate those immediately), moon cakes, Paneer Butter Masala, some gelatin molds, and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kaya_%28jam%29\">kaya<\/a>, a sort of sweet spread commonly used on toast. I know nothing about the cuisine of Singapore (except for that ubiquitous Singapore Noodle dish that appears on Asian restaurant menus), so this package was not only delicious but informative, too!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I just participated in another round of the food swap BBM (Blogging By Mail).
