Hey Kids! Well, Kelly<\/a> and I are still in Japan, and each day has been full and more exciting than we had imagined. I wish we could upload some photos so you could see our haul from Nippori Textile Town. I’ll just say that I think any superbuzzy<\/a> customers out there will be pleased!
\nLet’s see, did I mention that we met Anjali<\/a> and Molly<\/a> the other night in Nagoya? We had a great meal and celebrated Kelly’s birthday. It was totally not weird meeting them. At one point Molly had called me, and I happened to be in a toilet stall at the time. It was a Japanese style toilet, and while I was talking to Molly I dropped a shopping bag into it. Talk about an ice breaker! Yesterday we met Jen and Stefana (I’ll provide links later. I am in a rush right now. Sorry!), and today Stefana is coming with us to the quilt show in Yokohama.
\nIt’s been really fun getting to know Kelly a bit better. I don’t know if you all know, but we met through the blog world and had only met in person on two occasions before coming to Japan and spending 24\/7 together! We’re getting along great (as far as I can tell, anyway. She is an easy and pleasant companion, so I’m the lucky one!). Did you know that she is unaffected by caffeine? I don’t know if I should be happy or sad for her on that one. She also can’t eat raw tomatoes, and she hates mushrooms. Oh, coffee makes her sick to her stomach, too. That’s sad.
