\nWe went to a little Japanese sweets cafe in the underground in Osaka somewhere and had this matcha shiratama. I don’t really know how to describe it. The matcha part is kind of gooey, sorta kinda like the thickness of peanut butter. The shiratama are the little white balls, and they, too, are a little gooey, but they are more solid than the matcha part. Anyway, it was one of the most delicious things I ate in Japan. I would love a recipe for this, but really, I don’t know if my body could take it (since it would be fed this on a daily basis).
