It was running a little on the low side, so I adjusted it, and now it&#8217;s running too hot, and now I am about to lose my mind. I have a turkey to roast, after all. But anyway, rather than just waste the energy when checking the oven temp, I decided to bake something.<br \/>\n<center><a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/cranstreuselbar.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"cranstreuselbar.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/cranstreuselbar-thumb.JPG\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" border=\"3\" \/><\/a><\/center><br \/>\nI guess it&#8217;s kind of hard to tell from the photo what I am holding. It&#8217;s a Cranberry Streusel Bar! The recipe was in the local paper yesterday, and it is a keeper. These bars are very easy to make and have the perfect balance of tart and sweet. They are dangerously delicious, really. The recipe is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oregonlive.com\/foodday\/oregonian\/index.ssf?\/base\/living\/1195250109278230.xml&#038;coll=7\">here<\/a>. I didn&#8217;t add the optional walnuts.
