Well, it only took me a year! I was coaxed into making these by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.schmeebot.com\/\">Thuy<\/a>, who was up visiting this week. Many recipes that claim to be matcha-flavored sweets are often disappointing, displaying wimpy and timid matcha flavors. These Green Tea Sweets, however, actually taste like matcha and have a buttery, shortbread texture. This recipe is a keeper!
