<\/a><\/center>Seriously, is there anything more festive than cake? I just love cake. I even love that word. Cake cake cake! So anyway, every Monday we do family supper with our neighbor friends. Family supper ALWAYS includes dessert. I didn’t have much food in the house, but I did have a cake mix! I doctored it a little bit by adding some cocoa and some instant espresso powder to the mix, and because I like tall mini cakes, I baked the cake in two 6″ round cake pans. The frosting recipe is from the Hershey’s cocoa can. Really simple, borderline trashy, but it’s cake.
\nOn a completely different note, has anyone out there tried rush immunotherapy for allergies?
