I wondered if there might be some sort of sweet treat that would require exactly the amounts of my leftover ingredients. I turned to The Google and typed in the ingredients, and voila! I even had cream cheese frosting in the freezer (that stuff freezes beautifully).<\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t add the clementine zest. I don&#8217;t even know where to buy clementines. But anyway, these guys are pretty tasty, but they have more of a muffin texture than a cupcake one.
