It is very informative and nicely photographed, and it has inspired me to try baking all sorts of things that ordinarily would have scared me off (like croissants and brioche!). Today I made the Semolina Bread. I don&#8217;t know if it came out as it&#8217;s supposed to, but it tastes pretty good, and the crumb is pretty.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/semolina bread.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"semolina bread.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/semolina bread-thumb.JPG\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nIn knitting news, there is little to report. I had social engagements three nights in a row, so I was only able to knit for one hour in those three days! I do all my knitting in the evenings, which amounts to about 2-3 hours per night.
