Argh! It is supposed to be an aran weight yarn but knits up more like a DK yarn. SO, I impulsively bought some of the Classic Elite Maya today from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elann.com\">elann<\/a>. Now I need to return the Auracania (unless someone out there wants it? It is a beautiful color, as you can sort of see from yesterday&#8217;s photo. I have six skeins in bayberry, and I&#8217;ll sell it for what I paid for it&#8211;$31.50 plus $4 for shipping. Let me know if you&#8217;re interested; otherwise, it&#8217;s going back to elann!).<br \/>\nTomorrow I get to meet <a href=\"http:\/\/myglasshouse.typepad.com\">Rachael<\/a> IN PERSON! We&#8217;re meeting for coffee and maybe some knitting (okay, so I&#8217;ve never met her before, but I am going to force her to teach me how to do the magic loop method!) in San Luis Obispo. Unfortunately, my dog wounded me while playing today, so I kind of have a fat lip. Peter suggests I don&#8217;t wear red, since that enhances the color of the lip gash.
