I don&#8217;t have much to say today, either, so I thought I&#8217;d just share some random thoughts and such:<br \/>\n&#8211; The husband of my friend Janice, the one who lives in Michigan and just knit that lovely scarf, is supposed to be on <a href=\"http:\/\/cartalk.cars.com\">Car Talk<\/a> either this weekend or next weekend! He&#8217;ll be talking about his new Saab (it&#8217;s a Saab Story), and his name is Christopher. Tune in if you can!<br \/>\n&#8211; Re: iTunes and the whole Pepsi thing. I am a Coke drinker (Diet Coke, to be exact). When I go to restaurants for lunch, I always ask if they have Coke or Pepsi. It&#8217;s like that old Saturday Night Live skit in the greasy spoon. Do you remember that? &#8220;Cheeburger cheeburger cheeburger.&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8211; Peter just asked me, &#8220;Rosie O&#8217;Donnell is gay? Did you know that?&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8211; If you want to make a quick dinner, and you don&#8217;t mind using canned goods, and you live near a Trader Joe&#8217;s (this isn&#8217;t mandatory, but it&#8217;s helpful), and you like Mexican-ish food, try this: brown a pound of ground turkey in some olive oil with some garlic (you can add onions, too, of course, but I do not like onions. They actually make me gag. However, it is one of my New Year&#8217;s resolutions to have a better attitude and a more open mind about cooked onions). Add a regular-sized can of diced tomatoes, a small can of drained sliced black olives, a small can of diced green chilies, and a drained can of corn.
