I am, after all, practically middle aged. Though I HAVE been pretty successful with my vow to be in the house after dark and for dinner, I haven&#8217;t been quite as good at being here during the day. Today was no different. Mrs. H came just before 9am, and we headed out on yet another Fiber Fest. In addition to running some errands (including one to a sewing machine center where I discovered that I really NEED the Janome 6500 to add to my fleet of sewing machines), we went to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fabricdepot.com\">Fabric Depot<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.daisykingdom.com\">Daisy Kingdom<\/a>, and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yarngarden.net\">Yarn Garden.<\/a><br \/>\nHere&#8217;s part of what I got at Fabric Depot (and no, I don&#8217;t know why I&#8217;ve been taking so many blurry pictures lately):<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/fab stash.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"fab stash.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/fab stash-thumb.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThe bowling fabric is for my father-in-law, since he&#8217;s going to be competing in a national bowling tournament in June! I also got some cheap cotton\/acrylic TLC yarn. I&#8217;m hoping it&#8217;s like Cotton Ease, but we&#8217;ll see what happens.<br \/>\nTonight we went to dinner at my favorite burger joint in the world&#8211;Skyline Burgers.
