Here she is a&#8217;blockin&#8217;:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/split body blocking.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"split body blocking.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/split body blocking-thumb.JPG\" width=\"220\" height=\"112\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI&#8217;m not the most detailed blocker. I just kind of measured, pinned the pieces to a towel, then spritzed them with water. The Cecil yarn is not the best yarn for this particular design, since it is rather heavy and drapey. A stiffer, lighter yarn would probably work better. But, I am not so picky, so it will just be a slouchy sweater. I am going to shorten the sleeves by a good 6 centimeters (do Germans have freakishly long arms or something?). I had to shorten the body quite a bit, too. We&#8217;ll see what happens, since I am horrible at sizing.<br \/>\nHey, the yarn I won on ebay came today!
