The other day, though, I got sucked into a furious game of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elann.com\">Elann<\/a> Frenzy. Perhaps you&#8217;ve experienced it? <a href=\"http:\/\/girlreaction.prettyposies.com\/weblog\/\">Carolyn<\/a> is primarily to blame, though <a href=\"http:\/\/passionknit.typepad.com\">Monica and Lynette<\/a> are culprits as well. And, of course, if it weren&#8217;t for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chicknits.com\/rambles\">Bonne Marie<\/a> and her yummy new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chicknits.com\">Ribby Cardi<\/a> pattern, none of this would have happened at all. Here&#8217;s my colorway:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/rc claret.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"rc claret.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/rc claret-thumb.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/rc new leaf.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"rc new leaf.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/rc new leaf-thumb.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThat&#8217;s claret and new leaf. Initially I gravitated toward the pumpkin and green colors, as well as the purples (like EGGPLANT) and the pinks, but I thought I should break out (cue the Swing Out Sister song) and try something different. My yarn arrived today, and I&#8217;m pleased with the color combo. The yarn is a great deal, so it&#8217;s hard to pass up. Anyone else want to get in on the ribby cardi bandwagon?
