I bet you all thought I moved to Portland and stopped knitting\/sewing\/crafting, didn’t you? Well, you might not be so far off–I’ve slowed down a bit, but I’m still at it, and I managed to finish my fair isle vest!

\nIt was my first fair isle project, so I am pretty happy with the results. I used KnitPicks Merino Style<\/a> yarn. I think I ordered about 12 skeins? Actually, I think I ended up using 10, because I found 2 unused skeins at the bottom of my knitting box. I used my knitting software to design the sweater, and the fair isle pattern is from Kiki<\/a>.
