Okay, so I have been a little fixated on sewing lately, and my poor knitting has fallen by the wayside, but hey, when the motivation hits, ya gotta go with it! I managed to make another blouse from the wonderful Machiko Kayaki home couture book:

\"machiko<\/a><\/center>I bet many of you recognize the fabric. I had to get a little creative again with this blouse, but I’m still amazed at how these Japanese patterns just fit. It’s almost like magic! I love the Peter Pan collar and the little darts in the sleeves (which you can’t see in the photo). Next up is a dress from the book (I actually started cutting out the dress but realized I didn’t have enough fabric. Ergh).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
