I usually just use a safety pin to snake the elastic through, but then I found these at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fabricdepot.com\">Fabric Depot<\/a>:<br \/>\n<center><a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/bodkins.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"bodkins.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/bodkins-thumb.JPG\" width=\"290\" height=\"217\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/center>They clip onto the elastic and are called bodkins. Isn&#8217;t that a nice word?
