The ultimate pink cookie, the one that serves as the prototype, is the pink cookie from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rocketspokane.com\/index2.html\">Rocket Bakery<\/a> in Spokane, Washington. Some similarly obsessed friends have searched high and low for a recipe for the pink cookie. I even wrote to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicurious.com\">Bon Appetit<\/a> magazine, asking if they could get the recipe. Heck, I even wrote to the Rocket Bakery! No luck.<br \/>\n<center><a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/uncle seth cookies.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"uncle seth cookies.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/uncle seth cookies-thumb.JPG\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" border=\"3\" \/><\/a><\/center>I had heard rumors that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mostlymuffins.com\/pink_story.html\">Uncle Seth&#8217;s pink cookies<\/a> from Seattle were pretty tasty. I always keep my eyes open for pink cookies, but Uncle Seth&#8217;s proved to be elusive here in Portland. Imagine my surprise, then, when I found a whole stinkin&#8217; box of these at Costco! It didn&#8217;t take long before it jumped onto my flatbed cart. My assessment? Uncle Seth&#8217;s cookies aren&#8217;t quite as delicious as the Rocket Bakery&#8217;s, but they are still pretty tasty for a shelf-stable pink cookie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Some of you may be aware of my obsession with the pink cookie.
