Oh well. Yeah, so back in the day, he was just Eric, but now he&#8217;s the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breakawaycook.com\/\">Breakaway Cook<\/a> and has, of course, his own <a href=\"http:\/\/breakawaycook.blogspot.com\/\">blog<\/a>, where he is kind enough to share cooking tips and recipes. When I saw <a href=\"http:\/\/breakawaycook.blogspot.com\/2008\/01\/making-matcha-salt.html\">his post<\/a> about making matcha salt, you can bet my head nearly exploded.<br \/>\n<center><a href=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/matcha salt on eggs.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"matcha salt on eggs.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.supereggplant.com\/archives\/matcha salt on eggs-thumb.JPG\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/center>I happened to have some chunky grey sea salt and matcha on hand, so I ground up some matcha salt and had it on my eggs. I usually don&#8217;t salt my eggs, so this was a bit of a shock to my system, but it was still delicious. I hope meatlovers will rejoice in the burst weisswurst (it probably wasn&#8217;t supposed to explode like that, but meat does unexpected things sometimes).<br \/>\nEric&#8217;s cookbooks, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.powells.com\/partner\/32747\/biblio\/9780060851668\">The Breakway Cook<\/a> and The Breakaway Japanese Kitchen (you can find this one used on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\">amazon<\/a>. I don&#8217;t know if it&#8217;s out of print.
