Hi, I love the beaded kercheif! I went to the foxyknits website but didn’t see the kit listed. What was it called on their website? Thanks, Jane

Hmmm. Sourdough starter? Pancake batter? Paper mache? Oh, the suspense!

  3. cari says:

Hmmm…looks like the surface of the moon in an icebath.

  4. Jenny says:

Wow! How great is Peter! Tell him thanks, I’ll be there in my daydreams! I would enjoy sailing so much that I wouldn’t even knit, haha!

  5. Christine says:

Ooh ooh ooh! Is that a sponge? Poolish? Raised waffle batter?

  6. Rae Nester says:

I guess some sort of bread dough starter, with all those yeast-y looking bubbles.

  7. Debbie says:

Amish Friendship Bread Starter! That is what it looks like and I used to make it however, when I moved I lost the recipe/starter.

  8. Amy says:

My guess is an Amish friendship cake– I am originally from Indiana and we would actually get the starters from the Amish folk in Greensburg. The stuff we used always had a peculiar smell, but the cake was de-lish!
