ritter sport

My one major regret from my last trip to Portland was that I passed up the Ritter Sport chocolate bar with cornflakes. I keep kicking myself for doing that, and I had every intention of going back to the German deli on my next trip and getting a bar. Well, no need now, because my friend Wendy (mother of Dr. Croissant) in Portland sent me a bar (plus a cute little baby square):

Woohoo! Isn’t it a happy chocolate bar? I will still probably try to go to the German deli, though, just so I can stare at the wall of chocolate.

i just paid an arm and a leg for one of those cornflake ritter sports here at the specialty food store. it was sooooo worth it though! try dipping it in peanut butter for an extra unhealthy but ultra-tasty snack. enjoy!!

That’s my favorite flavor Ritter Sport. And it’s totally acceptable to eat these, because they are cereal! And cereal is healthy!

I love Ritter! The hazelnut dark chocolate is my favorite but they are all good!

You can buy those at World Market in SLO. Go now!

I love the cornflakes ones, but the Marzipan is to DIE for.

Oh I feel in love with Ritter Sport during my x-change in Germany! I LOVED em. So, I was so happy to find that a local grocery store started selling them (though $3 a bar is tad high)! Though I’ve yet to see the “fun size” version.

My favorite Ritter Sport is their dark chocolate marzipan…used to live near a store that sold them; must have gained my freshman 15 (or 20) when I lived there. My utter weakness.
