a dingo ate my baby

Yes, we did see some dingos! I guess there were wallabys hopping about, too, but I always just missed them. And did you know that parrots just fly around Australia like they are normal, everyday birds? Yes, it’s an amazing country!
Anyway, I need to get back to knitting, so I’m wondering if anyone out there has one or two balls of Lion Brand Cotton-Ease in banana cream (or maybe mint, though I think I’d prefer banana cream) that they want to sell? Merci!

Unofortunately, I don’t have any cotton-ease to offer, but I think this entry should win best blog-post title of the year. It struck me as so funny. Good luck!

KC said that dingo quote to me like 100 times yesterday…
yes you did see some wallabies. not at the GOOD wildlife park but at the BAD one, they were mixed in with the ‘roos. they’re bigger than the joeys but smaller than the adults, with sort of shorter, more stickie uppie ears.

    Longtime reader, first time poster…
I have the Cotton Ease in both colors that I would be willing to part with. Let me know.

  4. Glad to hear you had such a great time in our part of the world, and it’s a bit bizarre to see things that are so familiar as ‘foreign objects’ on your blog!!!
