get the stink out

Those of you who exercise or generally sweat a lot can probably relate to this: you know how your exercise apparel seems clean and fresh after you wash it, but as soon as you start to sweat, it gets that … odor? Well, no more! I read about this super fantabulous detergent that specifically targets and kills the nasty bacteria that makes clothes stinky!

It’s called Win Detergent, and it’s available online. I haven’t tried it yet because I am kind of hoarding it for the moment. I think this weekend, though, I’m breaking out ALL the exercise gear and washing it. I am za winner!

  5. Lori says:

I will have to try this! My husband loves these wick-away polyester shirts that he bought at REI or some such place but I haven’t the heart to tell him that he stinks when he wears them. He believes that human smell is natural (well ok, it is, but…) and that there’s nothing wrong with smelling natural. He may not think there’s anything wrong with it, but what about everyone else? Yes, I will have to try this detergent and I will tell him it’s because I want to wash our workout clothes in it (which I will).
    Thanks for posting about it.

Now there is an idea whose time has come. I have this cardigan that I wear more often than I should and no matter what I do there are just some days when the stink won’t go away. Let us know if it works!
