Halloween is my favorite holiday, but I’m going to miss it this year, because I’m going to Japan! I leave on Wednesday and will be gone for 2 weeks. I might be able to blog a bit during the trip if my brother lets me use the computer (yes, he’s going, too, so it should be an interesting trip!)

  1. 21 and sunny in tokyo today.
you know who to call if you end up in Kyushu, right???!!!
    have a nice trip.

  2. My little brother and I are flying from Seattle to Tokyo on Wednesday, too.
I’m sure there are some Halloween options in Japan, too. I suspect it’s more about drinking than costumes, but at least there will be kabocha nimono.

Have a great time in Japan. You probably won’t have time to miss Halloween with all the super things to do and see on your trip. Besides, traveling with family members can have certain Halloweenish aspects! My daughter (3yo) loved the Halloween figures. She said they were the cutest and called me over to look at them as your blog was on the screen while I was making dinner. Bon voyage!

I am hoping this is partly a business trip, maybe part of a new venture since leaving Superbuzzy? I look forward to seeing what you brought back anyway.
    Have a good trip.
