*Shite*, that’s cute! Although I must admit, I am surprised you are still alive and blogging after having that plastic blow-up octopus/baby?/choking hazard(!) in your crib with you.

When I first saw the title of this posting, I thought perhaps YOU were 17 weeks along, if you know what I mean…

  3. Jaime says:

    Very very cute!

  4. Jennifer says:

Awwwww. Adorable. Is that a crochet or knit vest you’re wearing!

  5. cara says:

Did you crochet your vest in utero? That octopus thingy is amazing too.

  6. Annhb says:

So cute! And sporting the jazzy crochet vest so young!

  7. Tizzy says:

Oh my goodness, this is so adorable!

  8. Daphne says:

SO CUTE. The toys are killer, too.

  9. That is so adorable it made my eight-year-old ask for a baby sister.

I totally thought you were preggers too! Man you were a cute four month old

  11. Emiko says:

I love the flickr “blog this photo” feature! That’s how I do most of my blogs.
I also thought it was going to be a post about being pregnant.

what I love is the BIB pinned in place and ready for chow–at 4 months! haven’t changed much, eh?

  15. Kay says:

The photo pretty much explains it all, doesn’t it?
Crocheting before birth (or by any measure, precociously): check.
    Collecting/appreciating interesting objets: check.
    Looking pretty darn happy: check.

  16. Kay says:

Just noticed you had “the keys”. The “real” plastic baby keys on metal keychain. Back when babies were babies and didn’t choke on every tiny metal thing you put beside them while they slept.
Those really date you, hon. Tell people they were hand-me-downs!

  17. kelly says:

hee! very cute. and that octopus thing – that must have been the inspiration for the simpson’s halloween special in which kang was revealed to be maggie’s true father (“starship poopers, treehouse of horror IX,” I looked it up)!
“Look! Maggie lost her baby legs!”

  18. stinkerbell says:

dude I thought you were totally announcing something else 🙂

  19. Lori says:

Love the picture! I had one of those pink fuzzy body, plastic head dolls too!!! Very strange item… it is still at my parent’s house too.

  20. Lydia says:

Ohh! So cute! I see you were sporting something crafty even back then. The smile on your face shows you were already dreaming of something dessert-related.

  21. Jesselyn says:

Seriously…your childhood toys are so creepilly adorable.
