So I was all excited about making this delightful Jell-O dessert. It was supposed to look like this,
but it ended up looking like this!
It does taste yummy, though. I think I let the lemon Jell-O and pineapple juice portion chill too long before mixing in the whipped cream, and that is why it didn’t quite gel.
On another note, Peter is planning to put the sailboat into the water this coming week. He has been working on the thing in our backyard for a couple years now, going over every square inch of it. As you can see,
she is looking mighty fine (she’s come a LONG way). Oh dear, please ignore the weeds.

RE: Jello dessert – I think it looks like a very tasty pepperoni and bell pepper pizza. Why don’t you just shove a crust underneath it and call it good!
