another project, you say?

I have to pack, work, and get food ready for a family barbecue at our place tomorrow night, but did that stop me from starting a new project? You see, I was just going to take some socks on vacation, but lately I have not been terribly interested in socks. I guess I could take the Becky Wannabe Sweater, but it is so special and lovely that I don’t think I can let it leave the house just yet. It would be too vulnerable out in the wild! SO, it came to me that I could use this lovely green tea green cotton yarn that I received quite a few years ago to whip up a ChicKami:

We’ll see how it works out. Must go cast on now …

    I think Bittman’s “How to Cook Everything” has a recipe that makes good use of Hello Kitty. 🙂 Is your BROTHER up to no good AGAIN?!?

    Great choice for the ChicKami yarn. Love that shade of green. Are you going to do the original ChicKami or the wide straps?
