sugar busters not welcome

Sometimes I think I might have more energy or better sinus function if I cut back on my sugar intake.

But then I go by new cupcake bakeries such as Saint Cupcake, get a red velvet cupcake and a pumpkin spice cupcake, take a couple bites, and know in my heart of hearts that there are few things more enjoyable to me than a solid hit of sugar.
Thanks for your support on the holiday totes! All the bags have been spoken for and are headed for good homes.

I am not one to pass by something sweet, either. I read somewhere that certain people are just attracted to sweet things more than others. I had a friend that wouldn’t eat cake, cookies, or CHOCOLATE! Can you imagine? Life would be boring without the sweet things.

Sinus function connected to sugar intake??? Hemmm, never thought about that! However! I have greatly cut down on my sugar intake, and yet I just sent my son to the store to fetch me a neti pot. My oldest son is in love with his neti pot, heh. I always said that every one of my teeth is a sweet tooth……

we had to deal with the whole dog teeth cleaning thing recently and i was scared to subject our girl to the anesthic–we had a cat that had an allergic reaction to it during a minor surgery and DIED! needlessly to say i am freaked out about that, so we found a “holistic” teeth cleaner that does all the scraping and everything without putting them under. the best part: $80. yup. i’m sure portland is new-agey enough to have an equivalent service?

I *love* red velvet cupcakes, I think it’s that color…so yummy. We have a cupcake specialty bakery here in Berkeley (all cupcakes, all the time). They not only have delicious red velvet cupcakes but pistachio cupcakes with pistachio cream icing! **Drool** gurgle. =D
